Nobody can read your old password back, but a new one can be set. Ask an administrator of 1test to set one for you, under Settings, Everyone who can sign in.

If you are the only administrator, write to support@flowviewcenter.com from the email address we know you by. Once we have checked it is you, we send a link to choose a new password.
